About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the BarberBooking website, the live voice demonstration and any enquiry you submit. Separate written terms apply to any paid setup or ongoing service, and those written terms take precedence.
Demonstration business
Coastline Barbers is a fictional barbershop created solely to demonstrate how an AI receptionist behaves. It is not a real business. Appointments created during a demonstration are test bookings, not real barber appointments, and nothing said during a demonstration forms an offer or agreement.
Service description
BarberBooking configures AI receptionists for barbershops using third-party voice, AI, telephony and booking platforms. Commercial features such as availability checking, appointment creation, cancellation and telephone integration depend on the integrations agreed for your shop, and we confirm what is possible before any setup begins.
AI responses may be incorrect
AI responses can be incorrect, incomplete or misunderstood, and speech recognition can be affected by noise and accents. Human escalation is part of every setup. Do not rely on a demonstration answer as confirmation of a service, price or appointment.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee any level of revenue, bookings, call handling volume or business result, and we do not claim that every missed call becomes a booking. Performance depends on your configuration, your shop information, customer behaviour and the third-party services involved.
Availability
The website, the demonstration and any configured receptionist rely on third-party services and may be unavailable or interrupted. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the demonstration, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the services, or submit unlawful, misleading or sensitive personal information through this website.
Pricing and quotes
Amounts shown on this website are indicative starting points and remain indicative until agreed in writing. Telephone, AI, calendar and third-party platform usage may be charged separately. Scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, BarberBooking is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or a demonstration. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction apply to any dispute.
