Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you provide: your full name, barbershop name, number of barbers or chairs, email address, optional phone number, approximate calls per week, current booking platform, a description of your main booking problem, your preferred contact method and your consent.

When you use the live voice demonstration, audio and conversation content is processed by the third-party voice and AI platforms that power the demonstration.

How we use information

BarberBooking uses enquiry details only to respond to your demonstration request, to discuss a possible AI receptionist setup for your barbershop and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell your information.

Demonstration conversations are used to operate and improve the demonstration experience, subject to the terms of the third-party platforms involved.

Third-party processing

BarberBooking relies on third-party voice, AI, hosting, database and booking platforms. Those providers process and may retain data on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy policies. Which providers apply to a given configuration depends on the services selected, and we set this out before any launch.

Data storage and retention

Enquiry submissions are stored in our hosted database. We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and we remove them on request where we are not required to keep them.

Voice demonstration notice

The live demonstration uses Coastline Barbers, a fictional barbershop created for demonstration purposes. Appointments created there are test bookings and are not appointments with a real barbershop. Please do not provide payment details, passwords, identification numbers or other sensitive personal information during a demonstration.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Contact us through the enquiry form on this site to make a request.
